Key points
- Brand availability and product availability are different questions.
- Promotional eligibility can be narrower than research visibility.
- Regional rules can change faster than evergreen product descriptions.
- Market evidence needs dates, sources and expiry handling.
One brand can mean multiple legal products
International platforms often operate through different entities. The account agreement, asset list, derivatives access, staking features or payment methods can change by country. A single global review therefore cannot answer every local eligibility question.
Research pages can remain useful globally, but calls to action should be gated by current market evidence.
Promotion is a separate layer
A platform may be legally accessible while affiliate promotion or certain financial promotions are restricted. Treat commercial routing as its own rule rather than assuming that product availability authorizes marketing.
This separation protects users and also makes partner operations easier because an affiliate campaign can be disabled without deleting the underlying research.
Use fail-closed market records
Market records should identify country, optional region, product availability, commercial eligibility, evidence URL, review date and expiry. If evidence is missing or expired, the safe state is to hide or disable the commercial action until it is reviewed.
That architecture scales better than hard-coding country logic inside individual platform pages.
